75% of the European Commissions will vote against ACTA

We have evolution in the agreement against piracy ACTA  in Europe as today 75 % of the  committees that focus on legal issues, political freedom, development and industry respectively, refused to ratify the agreement. This decision is particularly significant since it depends on the final decision by the SEC which will depend, too, and the decision of the members of Parliament.

The SEC will take the decision between 20 and 21 June and the decision will be postponed until later in the Parliament on 3 and 5 July. Realistically, however, is quite difficult to pass the ACTA as a law, which was clear and the European Commissioner Neelie Kroes few weeks ago.
