Blizzard has announced the Global Play mode for the highly anticipated Diablo III enabling users to play with other players from around the world. The servers for this purpose will be divided into three regions: Americas, Europe and Asia. Each player is embedded in a region depending on location (home region) but will have the opportunity to play on another server if it wishes with little restrictions.

All characters, objects and friends will concern only a single area. This means that each player will have different sets of them depending on which area plays. In each area, ie, should have different characters and friend lists.

The same rules will apply to in-game auction houses, for which they have imposed charges of around 15 percent. For example, in Europe there will pay a euro for all auctions equipment (weapons, armor roundtrips) and the rate of 15 percent will apply to auctions of goods (gems, roundtrips). According to Blizzard logic behind the fee percentage to the possibility of offering goods in large quantities in contrast with the equipment.

Especially for auctions with real money (which will be available one week after the release of Diablo III and relate to "own" your area) revenues will be transferred to the account Battle.net player or any approved service as the PayPal. Be aware, however, that using third-party services is subject to a 15 percent charge.
