Samsung buys mSpot in order to compete iCloud and Google Play




Samsung announced today the acquisition of a newly created company mSpot with the amount of the contract to rise to $ 8.8 million according to reports. The mSpot company offers services that are similar to Google Music or Amazon Cloud Player allowing users to upload their music and any other digital content in the "cloud after having access to it from various devices like iPhone, iPad, Google TV and Android.


As part of the agreement mSpot application will be screened directly from the Samsung smartphones, tablets and TVs while the company is expected to be a strong card to compete directly with Apple, which offers a similar service to iTunes Match. H move even the opportunity to become independent Samsung even more than Google Play the Google embedded in all the company's products running Android.
