Artificial leaves could charge our mobiles

After all the plants through the photosynthesis process and can convert water and sunlight into energy. The process succeeded and imitated scientists have created an artificial leaf that promises endless green energy.


The artificial leaf that is made from inexpensive materials using inexpensive manufacturing and construction processes making it much more practical than other proposals. The sheet can collect sunlight and when placed in water to release hydrogen that can be used in fuel cells for power generation in places that do not have this "luxury". The technology, in fact, could be used for powering various devices including mobile phones.


Considering that demand for energy has grown significantly in recent years and will continue to grow in the future is paramount, the invention of ways to produce cheap, sustainable energy especially in societies that lack such capabilities.
