Facebook against employers who who request the passwords of their employees

Change made to this privacy policy because of the Facebook issue that arose with employers and the codes of their employees.

Specifically, Facebook warns that if you use the popular social network should not in any way to share the password with your employer or another generally threatening lawsuits to require any company to do so.

It is known that many companies regularly monitor the profile of employees in the various social networks including Facebook and have been reported and where required, and passwords.

This, however, is a violation of privacy not only for the user and his friends. So the sharing of your password in Facebook is now a violation of the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities can be expelled and prosecuted.

The change, however, the disclaimer was not as innocent as expected. Specifically, in addition to adding this condition was a reference to the word "Book" as a trademark of Facebook.

Until now the use agreement stated that "Facebook, the Facebook and F Logos, FB, Face, Poke, Wall and 32665" can not be used without permission or outside of Brand Usage Guidelines (the 32665 is the text service of Facebook) . Now the proposal has been changed to "Facebook, the Facebook and F Logos, FB, Face, Poke, Book and Wall".

Of course, the word "Book" does not belong to Facebook and therefore the change in conditions creates a problem. For example if you have a Facebook account and want to build a company or site that contains the word "Book" may be faced with lawsuits.
