After several months come to the fore information on the new processor series Samsung Exynos 5, although the company has announced the Exynos 5250 SoC since last November.
According to new information, the number of processors Exynos 5 architecture is based on the ARM Cortex-A15 32nm, with versions up to dual-core CPU, quad-core GPU (ARM Mali T-604 MP4 GPU), and memory timing 2GHz 64-bit 1600MHz, but it will take time to see such speeds to mobile devices, and required major improvements in the battery.
Therefore, now seems quite likely that the Samsung Galaxy S III will have Exynos 4412 processor with four cores ARM Cortex A9 32nm 1.5-1.8GHz, quad-core ARM Mali GPU, 64-bit Neon media engine and ability to support a 1080p display device 3D.
Note that the new processor will give 26% more performance at Galaxy S III, yet consumes 50% less energy.
Finally, the informant was vertical in regards to LTE antenna to be used for communication, saying that Samsung will prefer its own products instead of Qualcomm.
