A very interesting bit of information released in the last hours to several technology blogs abroad, on the next generation of Nintendo Consoles, which if verified would constitute a powerful paper in the competition against the mighty (now) Xbox 360 and PS3.
According to anonymous source website VG247, the Nintendo Wii U can run applications Android, without homebrew or some other modulation operating system or hardware device!
Theoretically, this means that Nintendo will start work with Google to integrate Android applications, and why not, for direct communication with the Wii U Google Play Store, while not impossible to see greater cooperation between the two companies on the creation of new smartphones and tablets. Always theory.
At present there has been no official comment on the matter and the truth is that it seems far fetched but you never know ...
