Gaikai Beta:High quality games with in Facebook!

Gaikai fulfilled its promise and officially announced the release of the first beta version of the cloud gaming service through Facebook!

The company's goal is to offer high quality games (level Consoles or PC) without having to purchase the game, either normally or by a shop digital, that is accessible through the game's servers Gaikai (cloud gaming).


According to the company's CEO, David Perry,




"The public does not want to leave Facebook to playing games, and is clear proof the example of Zynga. The concept of Cloud Gaming means that the player does not need to download and run the game on his computer, but it runs directly into the cloud and in this streamaretai "


The first beta of the Facebook Gaikai is accessible from here, and initially includes the following games:


Saints Row - The Third (USA)
Dead Rising 2 - Off the Record (USA)
Magicka (USA & Europe)
Sniper - Ghost Warrior (USA & Europe)
The Witcher 2 - Assassins of Kings (USA & Europe)
Orcs Must Die! (USA & Europe)
Farming Simulator 2011 (USA & Europe)
At first glance it looks very interesting, but definitely should be added and other securities of various companies. Essentially, it is a variant of OnLive running through Facebook.


Note that Gaikai has agreed with the LG to integrate cloud gaming service on TVs last.
