Court in Germany ruled that the famous file sharing site RapidShare have to implement a control system of the type of files that users upload to the servers.
In this way the court considers that it would reduce piracy and file sharing are protected by copyright. The court decision comes shortly after the decrease in download speeds for free users who applied the Rapidshare.
The company immediately after the announcement of the court issued a press release in which the CEO of the website simply said that there will be more detailed announcement soon have their hands full text of the decision.
