According to the company analyzes NetMarketShare, iOS closed the year accounting for 52% of the market for mobile web browsing in December 2011. In short, more than half of mobile web browsing last month held by iOS syskefes. Android OS, however, took a 16.2% market share, behind the Java ME (21.27%), which fell to second place. Followed by Symbian (5.76%), BlackBerry (3.51%) and a mysterious "Balance" (1.07%), which probably includes the Windows Phone. iOS saw the numbers to soar in October to 61.5%, but since then diverges. Specifically, iPhone has a 25.24% share, while iPad has 24.53% and the iPod Touch is responsible for 2.32%.
The analysis for Android, shows a 8.92% in Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and 4.10% for Android 2.2% (Froyo). While newer versions are still very low with the Android 3.x to about 1% and Android 4.x to 0.05%
