Google Drive service, a cloud storage service of Google, seems closer than ever, at least as claimed by the website TheNextWeb.
According to sources, the service will be available from next week (probably Tuesday) and will offer 5GB free storage to all users (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS), naturally with a larger market opportunity.
Moreover, the function will look a lot like the Dropbox, that opens a window and supports over files with drag-and-drop, while not impossible to gradually add new functionality by partners Google.
We await with interest the developments, although at present we can see something different from existing services such as Dropbox and Box.net.
